20 Years of Purpose-Driven Impact
As Impact 4 Good celebrates 20 years of making an impact within communities worldwide, I want to take a moment to reflect and to express my deep gratitude to everyone who supports our work and makes it possible.
Before founding Impact 4 Good, I spent years in the corporate incentives, meetings, and events industry and saw how these gatherings brought people together to strategize, celebrate, and connect. But I recognized a missing element that could help companies create meaningful impact: a bridge connecting companies with the communities around them, with the goal of employees departing a destination knowing they left something positive behind.
In 2005, Impact 4 Good was founded on a mission to make it easy for companies to make an impact within the communities they meet and by fusing teambuilding with purpose. Since then, we have continued to blaze a trail in corporate social responsibility (CSR) teambuilding, creating pathways to let others take part in charitable activities. What started as a vision to connect corporations to communities and bringing purpose to corporate teambuilding, has grown into a movement of service, connection, and community impact.
Over the years, our clients have grown from meeting planners to HR leaders and CSR professionals, all looking to turn corporate values into meaningful action. We’ve expanded our offerings alongside them—providing in-person, virtual, hybrid, and DIY Impact Kit experiences.
Together, we’ve supported veterans, fed families, held several day-of-service events, raised awareness for breast cancer, and assembled hygiene kits for those in need. We couldn’t have done any of it without your belief in our mission.
As we step into our 20th year, we’re reminded that gratitude is best expressed through action. We invite you to continue this journey with us by finding ways to give back. Whether you’re packing meals to combat food insecurity during Hunger Action Month, assembling hygiene kits for Veterans, or making bracelets for cancer patients, every act of service counts.

Working with Impact 4 Good at our All Staff Summit was more than just a team activity, it was a moment of connection and purpose.
