Description

STEAM programs (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) focus on building student’s skills and helping spark their interests.

This program is a fast-paced, engaging experience that culminates in a donation of hands-on classroom materials. These materials will directly support the STEAM education curriculum in local schools and after-school programs, ensuring that every child has the chance to explore their potential in these fields.

As the activity begins, our lead facilitator shares information about the importance of STEAM education and the beneficiary’s work to support it in the local community.

Teams participate in STEAM-themed competitive challenges, including robot races, constructing straw towers, an art knowledge test, and a math scrabble challenge. Following the competition, the group participates in an exciting exercise to build and test hot air balloons against other teams.

Next, everyone works together to assemble hands-on science kits for the donation. Each kit contains all materials to build a series of STEAM projects. Teams will also write out messages of encouragement for the students.

To close our events, we invite a representative from the beneficiary to express their gratitude and raise awareness on the impact their work has on the community. This establishes a direct connection to the cause and organization your team is supporting.

Impact 4 Good never lets us down and continues to deliver an exceptional event with mind blowing engagement. The attention to detail during planning sessions is so impressive and the on-site facilitation of that perfected plan is an absolute 10. I4G is a trusted partner that knows how to get people excited about giving back to their communities.  At our most recent event with nearly 900 attendees, Jeremy and Alan brought the house down. The I4G team has a true passion for what they do and Optiv is incredibly proud to partner with them.
