2024’s Ten Most Popular Charitable Teambuilding Programs

As 2024 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the incredible impact our clients have made through our charitable team events. Each give back program brought teams together, connected them to their communities, and left a lasting positive impact. Here’s a roundup of the top programs that made this year one to remember:

1. Comfort Buddies

Participants created custom stuffed animals and decorated matching mini T-shirts with encouraging messages for children in hospitals or foster care. These gifts brought love and encouragement to kids facing challenging circumstances. Learn more

2. Go GREEN Racing

Teams worked together to build solar and recycled cars and then tested their speed in an exciting series of races. The programs concluded with a donation of materials to schools or after-school programs, giving  kids the opportunity to learn about STEAM and alternative energy through fun, hands-on activities. 3. Shine a Light

This meaningful program had teams assemble solar-powered lights for families around the world living in areas without reliable electricity, ensuring access to light for studying, work, and safety.  Learn more

4. Stand Down for Homeless Veterans

Teams came together to assemble care kits filled with everyday essentials for homeless veterans. Each kit was paired with a handwritten note of gratitude for their service. Learn more

5. Crazy Carz for Kids

Participants built remote control cars to donate to children undergoing treatment in local hospitals or care facilities. These cars spark joy and ignite the imaginations of kids facing difficult times. Learn more

6. Putting for a Purpose

Groups participated in a fun and interactive mini-golf tournament to support those facing food insecurity in the local community. Each “course” was designed using canned and boxed food items which are then donated to local nonprofits.  Always an engaging and competitive program, it also raises awareness about the challenges of food insecurity. 7. Bike Build

Teams worked together to assemble bicycles for children in need, helping them experience the freedom and joy of having their very own bike. Learn more

8. Great Giveback Gameshow

This high-energy, interactive trivia event combined entertainment and giving back, with winnings being donated to local nonprofits chosen by the participants. Learn more

9. Pipeline Challenge

In this collaborative STEM-focused program, teams designed, built, and tested pipelines to see who developed the fastest ping pong delivery system. Participants also assembled STEM kits to donate to local schools and after school  programs.  Learn more

10. Beads to Beat Cancer

The goal of this program is to make a heartwarming donation of bracelets to local cancer treatment facilities. Each attendee  created a bracelet to be donated to a patient and another to either wear themselves or share with somebody they know who has been impacted by cancer. Learn more
